All returns are issued as store credit only.
All sale items and limited releases are final sale.


Orders

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled. Orders containing Final Sale items, including launches, special releases, and limited edition products, are not eligible for cancellation once placed, regardless of timing.

Can I change my order after placing it?
We are unable to make changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before completing checkout.

Do you restock sold out items?
Select styles may restock, but most releases are limited. We recommend purchasing when available.


Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 24–72 hours. During high-volume releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Shipping options are available at checkout based on your location.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, FRSH (Fresh Rags) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds?
No. All returns are issued as store credit only.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer traditional exchanges. Customers may return eligible items for store credit and place a new order.

Do you offer free returns?
No. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your store credit.

How do I start a return?
All returns must be initiated through our return portal. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

What is your return window?
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

What condition must items be in?
Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in original packaging. All footwear must be properly double boxed.


Final Sale

What items are final sale?
All sale items, discounted items, limited releases, and any product marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Can final sale items be returned if they don’t fit?
No. All final sale items are strictly non-returnable.


Products & Sizing

Do your items fit true to size?
Sizing may vary by brand and style. We recommend reviewing product descriptions or reaching out for guidance before purchasing.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. FRSH (Fresh Rags) is an authorized retailer for all brands we carry.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Shop Pay and other payment options available at checkout.
