Fresh Rags Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
  • To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact (including boxes, inserts, and accessories).
  • All returns must be initiated through our Return Portal. Unauthorized returns shipped without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • International orders are non-returnable. Returns are only accepted for orders shipped within the U.S. and its territories.

2. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items discounted 30% or more
  • Limited releases, launch-day products, or any item noted as non-returnable in its product description
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or special collaborations

3. Condition Guidelines

  • Footwear must be unworn and free of creases, scuffs, or marks.
  • Shoe boxes must be intact and unmarked. All footwear returns must be double-boxed — applying shipping labels directly to the shoe box will void return eligibility.
  • Apparel and accessories must be clean, unused, and unaltered.

4. Store Credit Only

  • Fresh Rags issues store credit only for all approved returns — no cash refunds will be provided.
  • Store credit is issued once the return is received and inspected.
  • Credit can be used both in-store and online and does not expire.
  • For a different size or item, return the original and place a new order using your credit.
  • We do not offer cashback for refunds. Store credit will be issued minus return shipping fees once your return has been processed and approved.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A prepaid shipping label can be provided upon request, and the cost will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Unauthorized or “blind” returns shipped without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Processing Time & Defective Items

  • Returns are processed within 1–3 business days after being delivered to our facility.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Verified defective or incorrect items will receive a prepaid return label and full store credit once confirmed.

7. Order Cancellations

  • To cancel your order that is not a Final Sale/Sale item, please email customer service at info@freshragsfl.com within 1 hour of purchase.
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted — you must follow the return process upon delivery.

8. Holiday Return Policy

During peak holiday periods, Fresh Rags may extend the standard 7-day return window to accommodate gift purchases.
This extension applies only to select items and does not include:

  • Limited releases
  • Launch-day products
  • Final sale or discounted merchandise

Exact holiday return dates and eligibility will be clearly communicated during the season.


9. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Fresh Rags is not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, store credit will be issued minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking Fee.
  • Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

10. Bot & Automation Policy

The use of any robot, spider, or automated software in connection with Fresh Rags services is strictly prohibited.
If we reasonably determine that an order or attempted order was placed using automated methods, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Cancel or deny the order
  • Refuse to accept returns or offer refunds
  • Charge applicable restocking fees

11. Box Condition Disclaimer

Heads up: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for damaged, dented, or crushed shoe boxes. With the number of sneakers we ship, it’s not always possible to guarantee every box arrives in perfect shape — but rest assured, all pairs are brand new and 100% authentic.
Sneaker boxes are considered part of the packaging, not the product itself. We take every precaution when shipping, but minor cosmetic imperfections to boxes may occur and are not considered defects.
